Pricing FAQ
How is each plan priced?
Essentials and Growth are flat monthly fees — most small businesses outgrow their bookkeeping because they need more handled (AP/AR, more frequent reconciliation, a standing review call), not because of raw volume. Premium is the exception: once you're running roughly 200–500 transactions a month, the work really does scale with volume, so it's quoted between $600 and $1,800 based on where you land in that range.
How much does cleanup and catch-up cost?
Between $500 and $2,500, depending on how many months behind your books are — a couple of missed months sits near the bottom of that range, a year or more of untouched books near the top. It is a flat project fee, quoted in writing after a quick look at your current books, separate from any monthly plan.
Can I just pay by the hour?
Yes. Hourly bookkeeping is $85/hour for one-off projects, QuickBooks troubleshooting, or advisory work that does not fit a monthly plan.
What if I'm not sure which plan fits?
That's what the free consultation is for — we'll talk through what you need handled and I'll recommend the right tier, not the most expensive one.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Plans are month-to-month, and you can move tiers as your needs change.
What if my business needs more than Premium?
